Terms of Service

  • The Railyard has some designated clothing optional hours
  • the Railyard is a queer-centric and trans-forward space
  • Any and all forms of discrimination, xenophobia, body-shaming, prejudice or disrespectful behavior towards guests, staff or members is strictly prohibited and will result your booking termination without refund
  • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before the check-in date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before check-in.
  • 25% refund for cancellations made between 2 and 14 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in.
We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully to avoid any inconvenience.

Pool Rules

  • no intoxication
  • no loud or disruptive behavior
  • no cruising
  • no open sexual activity in the pool or courtyard
  • no glass in courtyard or pool
  • no diving, dunking, running or pushing
  • smoking in designated areas only
  • no animals in courtyard or pool
  • no loud music, quiet voices after 10pm
  • be respectful of other guests right to peace and relaxation
  • no outside guests
  • no assumptions about other guests’s gender or orientation regardless of appearances
  • no tampering with control panels, music or lighting
  • assume responsibility for your own possessions and self
  • NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY
  • USE POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK
