Confidentiality: all reports are completely anonymous. We will never share the identity of a person who submits a report.
What we can and cannot do
We can: address behaviors or situations on The Railyard property that violate our community guidelines or our Non-Discrimination Charter, or pose a clear threat to safety. This includes handling disruptive behavior, suspicious activity, or other on-site incidents.
We cannot: investigate or act on personal disputes, allegations of past events that occurred outside of The Railyard, or issues that are not directly related to the safety of our on-site community.
